UK-based Glint bags £3.1m funding

Global currency, account and app Glint has reportedly bagged a £3.1m investment, ready for its launch later this year.

Commitments to the funding round came from backers including Bray Capital, Haruko Fukuda, Oliver Bolitho and Hugh Sloane, among others, according to an article by finSMEs.

The capital will be used to expand its operations and further develop its platform, the article reports.

Glint, which is set to launch in Q4 2017, is a platform which is set to give clients a more reliable way to spend, exchange and transfer money.
