PropTech platform EverReal has closed a seven-figure euro investment to develop and expand its product and strengthen its team and market presence.
The capital was supplied by HTGF and Seed X Liechtenstein.
Germany-based EverReal is a real estate rental platform which helps landlords, institutional asset and property manager, and portfolio owners. The technology enables users to map the entire renting process from marketing and contract execution through to property handover.
EverReal co-founder and CEO Nessim Djerboua said, “The numerous manual processes required in a tenant change or the sale of an apartment are absolutely outdated.
“It is neither comprehensible to the employees of the companies nor to the prospective tenants or buyers why they should submit or process stacks of documents on paper when the same steps can be carried out almost completely automatically and digitally with minimal effort.”
