Seven Angels Holdings acquires Korean P2P platform Elefund

FinTech growth investment firm Seven Angels Holdings has acquired real estate P2P platform Elefund.

Last September Seven Angels made an initial $624,000 investment into the company.

Through the investment Seven Angels hopes to boost its presence in the FinTech sector, with Elefund taking control of the parent company’s FinTech arm.

Korea-based Elefund will also expand its investment base through promotions and support programs to individual and corporate investors.

Following the transaction former HI Asset Management director Kim Joon-gyun will join the company as advisor and CEO.
