Mazkara Internet has acquired mobile technology startup BazingaLabs, which has developed an app for users to find and book experiences, in a part equity, part cash deal.

Mazkara was founded two years ago and received $2.25m in its third round of funding from Dunamis Venture for flagship product Fabogo, which had been developed by BazingaLabs as well.

It previously secured $1m in seed funding from Dunamis again, early last year.

Digital marketing development app, Big Reach, is also under Mazkara development, together with restaurant app building service EatRepeat.

BazingaLabs aims to become India’s largest product development house and received $1m of seed funding in 2013.
