Thailand-based FINNOMENA has reportedly nabbed $3.2m in its Series A funding round, which was led by Kyrungsri Finnovate.
Other backers to the round included Benchachinda Holding and 500 TukTuks, according to a report by The Independent.
The company helps provide knowledge and experience from experts from the financial and investment sectors to help people better understand investing and personal finance planning.
FINNOMENA’s NTER offering provides management tools and long-term financial goals to give users an automated portfolio based on risks outlined by the user.
With the funding round the company co-founder Jessada Sookdhis believes the company has now become a complete wealth management platform with securities and investment management services.
Following the transaction, Krunsgri will help the company to further develop its robo-advisor and its wealth management advisory services, according to the report. The bank will also look to implement the robo-advisor with its own technology to provide the wealth management services, offering Kyrungsri Mobile Application users an all-in-one banking service to suit individual needs, it said.
