Motor City Community Credit Union has partnered with Fiserv and Celero to help boost growth and new services.
Fiserv is a technology solutions provider for the financial services industry, providing a range of solutions such as payments, processing services, risk and compliance, customer and channel management, and insights and optimisation.
Canada-based Motor City Community Credit Union helps local residents to reach financial goals through a range of products. The platform offers users personal banking, business banking, loans, MasterCards and access to investing.
MCCCU will utilise the open architecture of Fiserv’s DNA platform, which is a real-time core platform that provides a full picture of member relationships, to help provide personalised services. Celero, a Fiserv partner, will support the migration to the DNA platform as well as providing technical banking operations support. Celero is an IT solution provider for credit unions and financial institutions across Canada.
MCCCU CEO Charles Janisse said, “We were looking for a core banking platform and technology partners that could help us deliver on our promise to our members and provide compelling products and services that meet their ever-increasing expectations.
“DNA is a secure and reliable platform for credit union innovation, and we are confident that working with Fiserv and Celero will enable us to reinvent our member experience and streamline our internal processes.”
Earlier this week, cross-border remittance, currency exchange solution LuLu Exchange implemented Fiserv’s AML Technology. The company hopes the solution will bolster its AML strategy as it looks to expand in to Asia Pacific and Europe.
Last year, New York-based Dime Community Bank partnered with Fiserv, which saw the company receive a selection of account processing solutions and banking tools.
