Registria completes undisclosed funding from Housatonic Partners

Registria, a revenue-as a-service platform, has completed an undisclosed round of funding from Housatonic Partners.

Registria is a post-purchase ownership system to help retailers connect with their customers. Its solutions are used to onboard customers, gain insights and engagement services to boost understanding of consumers and drive revenue growth.

The company’s merchant solutions enable retailers to develop e-commerce stores, manage digital product selling and gain insights from purchases to support analysis and budget reviews.

Its verification solution, Photoregister, support customer onboarding with consumers just having to upload a picture of themselves for registration.

Over the past year, the company as seen a 60 per cent growth in use, with its services used for over 100 million products annually. Alongside the round of funding, Registria has named its latest clients including Electrolux, Olympus, Pinnacle Climate Technologies’ Remington Master and ProTemp.

The company has also formed a partnership with the Baby Carrier Industry Alliance (BCIA), to support BCIA members with a compliant registration system.

This equity injection will be used to expand its products for new and existing customers, as well as move into new markets. Proceeds will also be used to make a series of new hires at its Denver Headquarters and Silicon Valley office.
