Atidot has partnered with Sureify to provide the life insurance sector with data insights to identify lapsing customers and cross or up-sell opportunities.
Through the partnership, life insurers will be able to collect new data to create actionable insights, enabling customers to improve interactions with policyholders. Through this extra information which is specific to individual policyholders, carriers can boost the wat they monitor policies for under-insurance or identify any cross or up-sell opportunities.
Sureify develops life insurance solutions for digital acquisition, policyholder services and engagement, up-sell and cross sell. Its solutions are used by carriers to boost interactions with their customers and analysis their behaviours.
Its Lifetime platform provides clients with services for the full-like and annuity lifecycle of customers. This includes omni-channel digital sales, policyholder self-service, post-purchase engagement, rewards programs, and personalised interactions.
Atidot’s AI technology joined with the Sureify Lifetime platform will empower carriers to collate and utilise data which was previously missed or underutilised to create meaningful insights. The Sureify Lifetime solution will digest most of the legacy data from carriers but will also enable the policyholders to share their social media accounts, geolocation, IoT data and engagement analytics. The Atidot analytics solutions will combine this data to generate the insights.
