TTEC acquires FCR for an undisclosed amount

TTEC Holdings has acquired fellow builder of global customer experience technology FCR for an undisclosed amount.

Headquartered in Oregon, FCR offers customer care, social media community management, technical support and business process solutions. Its clients span the financial, healthcare, e-commerce, and high-tech sectors.

Following the close of the deal, FCR will keep its name and operate as a stand-alone entity within TTEC. Current president Matthew Achak and chief operating officer Katheryn Carnahan will continue to lead operations, while chairman John Stadter will move to an advisory role.

TTEC provides customer experience technology and services to support customer care, fraud prevention and detection, workflow automation, and consulting, among others.
