Klarna launches Who’s a Good Shopper campaign with pop-up events in London

There’s no need to paws fur effect for Klarna’s new treat for Big Smoke dog owners.

The instalment payment unicorn, which arguably became Europe’s most valuable FinTech company after announcing a $460m round this summer, is unleashing a pop-up, or pup-up, event for pet lovers in London.

The business, valued at $5.5bn, plans to be furry nice to dog owners by giving the grooming services to both pups and their owners, take their fetching portrait, purchase sweaters and  educate themselves about the over 4,500 retailers that offer Klarna in the UK.

Klarna might send some tails wagging by giving all proceeds to the charity Wild at Heart Foundation

“At Klarna we create experiences where you shop for what you love, for the ones you love. And that’s what the ‘Who’s a Good Shopper’ campaign is all about – a celebration of the relationship between dog owners and their beloved dogs,” says David Sandstrom CMO of Klarna. “Throughout the campaign we will show how Klarna offers the best shopping experience for people and their furry best friends – starting with bringing them all together to experience just that, in our stylish pup up,” he continues.

The Klarna pup-up will be located in Soho. It will launch with an exclusive VIP party on Tuesday November 26 and will then be open to the public between November 27 and 28.
