Abacode collects $4.85m in Series A led by Ballast

Abacode, a cybersecurity startup based in Florida, has collected $4.85m in its Series A led by Ballast Point Ventures.

With the new capital, the company will scale its sales, security operations centre and project execution teams. The cybersecurity company is also looking to deepen its marketing efforts and deepen its offering.

Abacode is a managed security services provider helping businesses to implement cybersecurity and compliance programs. Its real-time technology proactively monitors, detects and responds to cyber threats.

Additionally, the company offers a governance, risk and compliance readiness services which helps prepare a company for third-party audits and certifications.
