Digital billing and payments company Input 1 has established a strategic partnership with insurance consulting and managed services provider Xceedance.

The partnership will see Input 1 integrate its billing and payments solution with the Xceedance policy administration platform for program administrators and managing general agents (MGAs).

Through this deal, the companies hope to enable the seamless flow of information to improve the billing processes for customers. It will also help customers to get to market quicker and create cost savings.

Input 1 designs billing and payment technology which helps insurers collect premiums. Its technology can be used to create customisable, automated receivable management tools.

Input 1 executive vice president Chris Farfaras said, “Input 1 and Xceedance are both devoted to the specific needs of the MGA and insurance carrier space. Our firms have a mutually deep dedication to understanding the insurance processes for our clients in order to deliver the best in digital CX (customer experience) and AX (agent experience) solutions.

“Ultimately, we want our clients to leverage our collective strengths to deliver high-value solutions to their organizations and markets.”

Xceedance offers customers its MGS Agility Suite, an out-of-the-box solution which combines policy administration technology, insurance lifecycle services and strategic operations support.
