DealerPolicy partners with J.D. Power to offer personalised insurance

Auto insurance marketplace DealerPolicy has formed a partnership with J.D. Power to provide car buyers with personalised insurance quotes.

The DealerPolicy platform empowers car buyers to instantly compare competitive auto insurance quotes from insurers. Users can access advice from DealerPolicy’s agents.

With the new partnership, DealerPolicy will integrate J.D. Power’s insurance data and analytics services to help it build personalised insurance quotes that meet a customer’s specific needs.

The new service is already available to DealerPolicy Insurance customers.

DealerPolicy CEO Travis Fitzgerald said, “We continue to provide tangible savings to hundreds of thousands of car-buyers and along the way we’ve learned that price isn’t the only factor in a customer’s decision-making process – service matters a lot. Now we can not only provide competitive pricing, but also truly personalized insurance.

“Understanding that insurance is not one-size-fits-all, we’ve worked tirelessly to deliver a solution that matches a consumers preferred insurance experience to carriers that are most likely to meet those preferences, such as: technology, long term price stability, claims handling or customer service; all backed by the high quality, independent data of J.D. Power.”

DealerPolicy formed a partnership with automotive group Herb Chambers to offer insurance quotes.

Herb Chambers clients can now use the DealerPolicy platform to review competitive auto insurance quotes and speak with a licensed insurance agent while still at the dealership. Users can receive insurance advice and be sent the policy documents within minutes

Last year, the InsurTech platform entered into two more US states, making it available in 13 states including Florida, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.
