userlane said to secure €10m in a Series B round

Digital adoption software platform userlane has reportedly secured a €10m Series B round to support its European expansion.

The investment was led by US-based venture capital and private equity firm Five Elms Capital, with additional commitments coming from previous backers Capnamic and High-Tech Gründerfonds, according to a report from FinSMEs.

Capital from the round will be used to support the growth across Europe and the US over the course of the next year. Additionally, capital will also be used to increase product development.

The digital dashboard provides teams with an automated customer onboarding solution that helps customers improve experiences and engagement.

Teams can build automated onboarding tours to guide customers through the process, as well as create segments based on the goals of customers.

High-Tech Gründerfonds has made a number of investments into the FinTech and RegTech space over the years. The firm recently contributed to the $4.7m funding round of PXL Vision, a startup using AI technology to verify identity documents in real-time via a smart phone camera.
