IMMO Investment Technologies said to secure a €3m Series A extension

IMMO Investment Technologies has reportedly netted an additional €3m for its Series A round, which initially closed on $11m.

This fresh Series A capital was supplied by FinTech Collective and Surplus Invest, according to a report from Property Funds World.

Backers of the original Series A round included Talis Capital, HV Holtzbrinck, and DST Global’s Tom Stafford and Rahul Mehta. In conjunction with the initial Series A close, which was in November 2019,  Immo also received €60m from real estate investors for the deployment on to its residential platform.

With the fresh equity, the company is planning to enter more European markets and extend its technology’s capabilities, the article claims.

The PropTech platform digitally sources, appraises and acquires centrally located properties on the behalf of institutional investors. These properties are then improved and fully-furnished and placed into the rental market.
