Rnwl surges past the crowdfunding target and still has another 38 days on the fundraise

Insurance comparison platform Rnwl has surpassed its crowdfunding target, with another 38 days left on the campaign.

The InsurTech has raised £176,618 in the crowdfunding campaign, which is being held on the Seedrs platform. Initially, the firm was targeting £150,000 for the crowdfunding.

There have been 294 investors to commit to the round, so far.

A pre-money valuation for Rnwl was set at £3.8m.

Rnwl claims to be the worlds first over-the-top insurance platform that will help consumers to keep on top of their policies, as well as save time and money.

Its mobile app will show users deals from a variety of websites, act as a dashboard for all of a user’s active policies and offer tailored searches and deal comparisons at each renewal date.

The platform is easy to use, with the user never having to re-enter their information and the app will handle everything.
