zizzl releases tool to improve how businesses buy health insurance

zizzl has released its zizzl Health solution in a bit to rid the world of the days “nervously waiting for that health insurance renewal to arrive with an increase that breaks your budget.”

The new service will let clients set a health insurance budget each year based on what the business can afford and employees will get a choice of plans they can afford.

This tool leverages the Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) so businesses can give employees pre-tax money to buy their own health insurance plan.

zizzl vice president of client services Rob Goll said, “Think of it like changing from offering a pension plan to offering a 401(k) plan.  Everyone wins.  Employees get quality choices with expert guidance and the business gets certainty around future budgets.”

Wisconsin-based zizzl benefits consulting firm with an integrated HR and payroll service. Companies of all sizes can leverage zizzl to improve their workflows and access technology and human expertise.

“This is a game changer for businesses that struggle to find an affordable health plan that works for everyone,” explains Bruce Stahl, zizzl principal and chief benefits consultant. “We’ve carefully selected a variety of plans from a variety of insurance companies and, with a few simple questions, we guide each employee to the plan that best fits their needs and budget.”
