Compliance management company ClauseMatch is on track to hit one million users by the end of 2021 for its new Policy Portal solution.
Its Policy Portal for employees had a soft launch earlier in the year and witnessed an immediate surge in adoption. User numbers shot up from 2,000 to just under 170,000.
The platform has now reached hundreds of thousands of active users within several weeks and is expecting to hit 250,000 by the end of the first quarter of 2021.
Policy Portal is designed to be a single real-time up-to-date repository of all disseminated policies and procedures across an organisation. Employees can access policies from across the entire organisation whenever needed.
This platform empowers companies to communicate updates with staff, manage staff more effectively and track compliance. Additionally, teams can compare updated documents with older versions, assess and audit compliance and report findings.
ClauseMatch head of product Anastasia Dokuchaeva said, “The current crisis has shown that consistency and a single view into policies is absolutely essential for any organisation operating at any level.
“Across the world, new rules and regulations are constantly being introduced by financial regulators, and it has become even more complicated to stay on top of all of the changes communicating them to employees in a timely manner. Business continuity plans, disaster recovery policies are being updated almost weekly. Policies scattered in different templates, portals, are confusing and can be misunderstood.

Policy Portal also has a number of other practical features, including attestation, reports, the ability to filer content on themes, streamlined experiences and more.
