Syxsense snares $6m funding as it eyes business expansion

California-based IT and security management solutions provider Syxsense has secured $6m in a funding round.

The round was led by Oquirrh Ventures and Origami Capital Partners. It also saw participation from existing investor Signal Peak Ventures.

According to the firm, it intends to use the capital to continue to expand its operations and its business reach.

Syxsense claims it is the leading provider of innovative, intuitive technology that combines the power of AI with industry expertise to manage and secure endpoints by strangling threats before they occur and neutralising them when they occur.

The Aliso Viejo-headquartered firm provides a cloud-native IT management and security suite focused on cutting infrastructure management costs through combining IT operations management, patch management, and security vulnerability management.

Syxsense’s Endpoint Security Cloud always-on technology has been designed to perform in real-time so companies are able to work free of disruption from security breaches that can affect productivity and increase financial and reputational harm.
