Sentiance, which helps companies turn data into contextual insights, has teamed up with Japan-based AI Base Technology.
AI Base Technology, which was launched in Japan in December 2020, is a data science company. It analyses large datasets to offer human-centric behaviour analysis and personalisation for transport service providers and online payment companies.
As part of the agreement, Sentiance will integrate and deploy its contextualisation and personalisation technology within the AI Base Technology platform.
AI Base Technology CEO Korhan Saglam said, “The result of the technology agreement is increased contextualization of our state of the art Fukurou AI product for the Japanese market.
“Fukurou AI is a new generation human-centric behaviour analysis chatbot-integrated platform. The platform is responsive to emotional reactions and analyses daily routines, providing practical solutions for the continuity of life using ethical artificial intelligence.”
Sentianceoffers behavioural insights to the Fukurou AI platform to optimise customer interactions and increase customer engagement.
The Fukurou AI platform will go live in September 2021.
