InsurTech100 company Novidea names new CMO

Novidea, which created the born-on-the-cloud, data-driven InsurTech platform, has named Julie Shafiki as its new chief marketing officer (CMO).

In this role Shafiki will head Novidea’s global marketing strategy, including building brand awareness, public and analyst relations, lead generation, digital marketing, product marketing, as well as field, partner, and customer marketing.

Shafiki has built up 25 years of experience, creating expert teams and taking high-growth technology companies into their next business maturity stage, including three IPOs and one M&A.

Prior to Novidea, Shafiki served as the CMO for enterprise automation technology developer Kryon. Shafiki has also held positions at Tufin, Lumenis, Comverse, PowerDsine and Amdocs.
