Zeidler enhances its fund governance module

Zeidler Group, a tech-driven law firm, has released an enhancement to its fund governance module with a new document dissemination feature.

Its fund governance solution now offers enhanced rules-based dissemination that can leverage email, FTP, API and other means, to ensure timely distribution of fund documents. This includes prospectus’, addendum and supplements, country supplements, annual and semi-annual reports, and articles.

Additionally, the new tool includes full dissemination audit trail.

The fund governance module is a fully digital, end-to-end solution that enables asset managers to manage and support the lifecycle of a fund. This includes regulatory filing, maintaining registration status, reporting on compliance obligations, monitoring legal and regulatory amendments and distributing required documents without disruption and on scale, it said.

Some of the benefits of Zeidler’s tool are full transparency, expeditated processes and end-to-end technology.

Zeidler Group CEO and founder Arne Zeidler said, “Now, more than ever, asset managers require streamlined, technology-driven and collaborative solutions to provide effective and efficient workflows.

“We are excited to continue delivering end-to-end digitally innovative solutions through our proprietary digital platform. As an investment funds focused law firm, our unique combination of legal and regulatory expertise and technology-driven solutions continues to add long-term value for our clients.”

Zeidler has had a busy couple of months. It recently reorganised its leadership and organisational infrastructure to help connect its wide-ranging capabilities.

Another recent development was the launch of its automated PRIIPs KID generator tool. This new solution includes legal drafting and review and enhanced dissemination to build a one-stop-shop solution for asset managers.
