FRISS and YOUSE join forces for customer service

YOUSE, a Brazilian digital insurer, has partnered with FRISS to implement software based on AI designed to improve customer service.

Created in 2016, Youse describes itself as a pioneer among InsurTechs in Brazil. It offers insurance for car, home and life, through a digital experience, in which the customer can customise the insurance with the coverage and assistance they want, make an online inspection and still pay as a monthly subscription via credit card or in cash with PIX (an instant payment system valid in Brazil), for annual contracts.

FRISS, which is based in the Netherlands, offers an AI-powered solution that supplies P&C insurers with fraud analytics to prevent threats. Its features include underwriting insights, risk assessment at underwriting, fraud detection at claims, compliance screening and investigations.

The partnership will see FRISS accelerate YOUSE’s digital transformation, optimise workflows with innovative products and provide the best possible experience to its customers and policyholders.

Arthur Carvalho, director of operations and Claims at YOUSE, said,“With the partnership, in addition to operational efficiency, the tool will enable us to prevent and combat the risk of insurance fraud while at the same time enable us faster repair and indemnity authorisations, reinforcing our commitment to having the customer as our starting point,” says.
