InsurTech giant Acturis Group has acquired Broker Buddha as it looks to enter the US market. 

Broker Buddha, a client digital engagement platform for insurance agencies, has partnered with Herald, which builds digital infrastructure for commercial insurance, to offer carrier quoting panels.

Broker Buddha, a technology company that simplifies the commercial insurance application and renewal process, has raised $5m in a funding round led by SiriusPoint.
