FinTech companies in the region raised $121m across 42 deals during the first nine months of 2021

From InsurTech startups to cybersecurity ventures, the past week has seen several FinTech firms find funding to help them grow despite the global pandemic.

EstateGuru, which offers short-term, property-backed loans, has closed its Seedrs funding round on 252% more than its initial target.

Since 2014, online SME lender EstateGuru claims to have used its property-backed lending solution to help finance 1,046 loans.
